Pastor Sasho, Pastor of the Evangelical Church in Kumanovo, is on trial after a horrible accident late in 2007  in Kumanovo that killed 2 people, including one believer.  Although there was a similar construction accident in another place on the very same day, the government has made no effort to prosecute anyone involved in the other one.  The only comment Pastor Marino has been allowed to say until after the trial is over follows:

Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord, 

Thank you so much for praying for us regarding the trial in Kumanovo.  The last court session was on Monday, November 11^th and another two people were examined.  We were there, but were not allowed to say anything nor comment anything.  It will continue like this for several other sessions.  We feel as though it seems that they all want to blame the Evangelical Church.  However, we are not afraid.  We know that our God is with us, that we are innocent and that you all intercede for us.
