Fall Retreat Registration

Do leaders need to attend?

Yes. Leaders must attend Fall Retreat with students. There is no required leader to student ratio. This is not a drop-off camp. While we are partnering with the Great Lakes District to make this opportunity available to our students, each church is responsible for the care and supervision of their own group. Leaders are required to attend Fall Retreat and are expected to lead small group sessions with their students. Each church is responsible to lead the small group times with their own students throughout the weekend, so we recommend bringing enough leaders for the number of small groups you'll form.

How do I register my group?

Each church is responsible to run their own registration. A registration form template has been included for you to edit and distribute. This includes a medical release and waivers. Once all of the forms have been collected internally at your church, the youth pastor/director/lead volunteer will register their group through this page. Check back later this summer to register.

How much does Fall Retreat cost?

The base cost is $112/person, students and leaders, which is to be paid directly to Westgate Chapel. The cost includes lodging, sessions, activities, a snack Friday night, meals for Saturday and Sunday, and a t-shirt. Travel expenses and any additional group costs are not included—please factor those into your final registration fee. Parking is free at Beulah Beach. Churches will be responsible to cover the cost for the number of people registered. We make a financial commitment to Beulah Beach and are unable to cover cancellations or offer refunds.

Westgate Chapel will send your church an invoice for the total amount due.
